Orders are usually processed within 1 – 2 days depending on what item is being sent out. For certain scooters you can expect this to be 1 – 7 days or for parts it should be between 1 – 2.
Shipping usually takes around 1 – 8 business days depending on the location. Some locations can take longer if they’re more rural. Contact us and we can also check how long it might take for an item to arrive at your address.
All scooters are shipped through Team Global Express (Previously TOLL). Parts are shipped through Aus Post or Team Global Express. Generally the shipping you choose is the carrier we will use, however if the item can be shipped faster and the cost is the same or less to ship, then we might use a alternative carrier.
All items are ATL (Authority To Leave) unless clear instruction has been provided to Voltrium prior to shipping. Please be aware that if signature is required on delivery for scooters, and the receiver is not there to receive the item, then you maybe billed for an additional redelivery fee.
For Warranty works we follow the ACCC guidelines if a scooter or item is faulty. Please submit a ticket on the “warranty” page if you would like to process a warranty claim.
Generally speaking we do not accept “change of mind” returns on scooters or parts, however depending on the condition and the period between the purchase and when you first reached out we maybe able to offer a buyback option, however this is on a case by case basis and we can only offer a buyback quote once the item has been sent back to us. We can offer for the item to be sent back through our carrier or you may opt to use your own. In both cases the customer must carry the cost to return the scooter back to use, for “change of mind” returns.
